Academy Information
The Kent Soccer Academy (KSA) is open to any player aged U5 to U10 that would like to benefit from additional training from a licenced coaching staff from the KYSA Premier soccer program! Free Mod Coaches Clinic! See details below. Location: Petrovitsky Park (16400 SE Petrovitsky Rd, Renton, 98058) This academy consists of 4 training sessions and will cover the following topics: Week 1: Friday, September 10 - Dribbling Creativity Week 2: Friday, September 17 - How and When to Pass and Receive Week 3: Friday, September 24 - Basics of Goalkeeping Week 4: Friday, October 1 - How and When to Shoot/Finish with Accuracy Sessions will run each Friday as follows: 5:30pm-6:30pm: U5 and U6 Boys and Girls 6:30pm-7:30pm: U7 and U8 Boys and Girls 7:30pm-8:30pm: U9 and U10 Boys and Girls Cost is $30.00 for all 4 sessions or $15.00 per individual session. Increase participation in technical training in KYSA Improved technical ability of all players in KYSA Increase participation of coaches in KYSA Improved coaches’ growth! Coach the player, Teach the coach Develop life-long love of the game
Mod Coaches Clinic (Free!)
There will be a free Modified Program Coaches Clinic on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Petrovitsky Park. Coach Registration: Coaches wishing to register should send an email with your name, email address, phone number, and age group that you coach to Nicole Jensen at moddirector@kysa.org.
